I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Hi Ashley,I am very unhappy with how Lisa [redacted] closed Lipo Spa and did not attempt to contact patients who were in the middle of treatment. I was not given access to my before and after pictures, I was not scheduled a 90 day check up to discuss why this treatment may not have worked for me and I was never given the courtesy of a simple phone call to let me know that the business was closing. I had to track Lisa down myself. This is bad business. The only way to resolve this would be for Lipo Spa and Lisa [redacted] to refund me my money back. Thank you,[redacted]
