The reason I haven't responded is that I did not see your previous correspondenceIt may have been delivered to my address, but I do throw away a lot of letters that I think are companies trying to get me to sign up for services, etc
Now
to answer the compaoint regarding *** ***Yes my company did do the drywall work and painting on this jobWhen the job was completed in Decof we billed Mr*** and he paid us in full, satisfied with the jobWhen my painters are done with a job they will leave any extra paint with the customer to do with as they please, ie: touch ups or take back to paint store to match colorsWhen Mr*** contacted me several months later and explained that he was doing touch ups and the paint wasn't the same paint as on the wall, I did stop by and see that the paint was a different shadeI then had my painter stop in and take a look and he had no explanation for the difference in colorHe took the numbers off of the paint bucket and talked to Sherwin Williams and they said it was not their paintMy painter buys all his paint from Sherwin WilliamsSherwin Williams then took the numbers from the leftover paint bucket and made up a small amount of paintMy painter then took it to back to Mr*** and found that it still did not matchMy painter then asked Mr*** if he could scrape some paint from the wall and try to get a match that way and Mr*** said to forget it that he would take care of itI feel Mr***'s frustration as I am just as frustratedI'm at the point of not knowing what else to doI feel the paint company is at fault here with the quality of paint and aslo feel that my company completed the job with the full satisfaction of Mr***I also feel that if there is damage to a paint job several months later, it is not my responsibility to repair itAlthough we did try to help Mr***, this compaint should not be warranted against my company for circumstances beyond my controlI am still willing to work with Mr*** to see if we can get some satisfaction from the paint company
