We have this on file as our case # XXXXXXXMrs***'s statement is correct in that we performed repairs to the chassis in December of what we stated to the dealer at that time and since regarding the slide flexing is that they need to
work with Dutchmenthe slide mechanism itself still works fine which is the only part LCI suppliesDutchmen installs thisWe were told and shown in photos that the floor and roof are flexing and causing the dinette to separateit is very unlikely this has anything to do with the slide mechanism itselfIt is also VERY possible that this is what caused the damage to chassis that we correctedAgain, LCI does not build the wallswe have been working with Cmaping world or Santa Clarita and have referred them to Dutchmen alsoWe have also offered to send a Lippert technician onsite to assist with an inspection but if it is a house concern or just an adjustment issue with the slide then it would not be a warrantable trip and we would have to charge for itat this time they have not asked us to schedule a technicianOur last contact with camping world was on 7/5/one of our phone technicians has spoken with the owner and we have asked them to get an estimate from the dealer in hopes this will give us some additional information to offer proper directionwe did explain all of this to Mrs*** via phone in June and she stated she would have the dealer submit more info at that timewe have not received any further info

Thank you for contacting LCI.? I have reviewed your concern and see in our records that *** *** did in fact make contact with LCI on 1/25/concerning the ripped material.? Authorization was given to *** *** to replace the left arm recliner.? With this being noted, service
dealers order parts direct from *** ***.? In this case, the service center would have ordered the left hand arm recliner from *** *** parts team.? As far as replacing the complete sectional, I was not able to find any notes in the most recent case with this furniture concern.? If your able to provide me with the case number or name of the person you spoke with concerning this matter,? I will review this concern for you.? If you spoke with someone with *** ***, you may want to call them and see what action will be taken by them.? I wait to hear from you.Sincerely,Dan C***Consumer Affairs - ***
