Thank you for contacting LCI. I have reviewed your concern and see in our records that [redacted] did in fact make contact with LCI on 1/25/concerning the ripped material. Authorization was given to [redacted] to replace the left arm recliner. With this being noted, service dealers order parts direct from [redacted] . In this case, the service center would have ordered the left hand arm recliner from [redacted] parts team. As far as replacing the complete sectional, I was not able to find any notes in the most recent case with this furniture concern. If your able to provide me with the case number or name of the person you spoke with concerning this matter, I will review this concern for you.
