White Kia minivan Purchased 2015, may Problem December We have been spending money left and right to make it safe Now we get ahead and *** get it legal due to dance says it's missing lien release We called Lipscomb and they stated we waited this long we can wait longer We were told it would be in last week Dec Here we are Dec 10th and they state they have no clue And once again, we waited this long weekend can continue to waitIt doesn't matter when WE decided to get it legal we are paying the fees What does matter is no one else can sell a vehicle with out a lien releaseThought it was illegal YetIt's not a concern of theirs We shouldn't have waited so long They should have to reimburse us for making us wait
The manager Karl Hord not only belittled me as a woman but when I advised him I would want to take the vehicle to Rick's Automotive to have it checked over before I purchased it he proceeded to trash mouth that business and refused to set up a test drive advising me I would have to buy before having it checked out. I told him I was planning to pay cash but he just lost a sale. I have sent a detailed email to the owner and expect an apology from this rude and belligerent man that obviously has no respect for women! DO NOT shop at this lot!
