Review: I called ans spoke to [redacted] the "lipstick & lashes" business owner, regarding a deal for wedding makeup she placed through the website, Goupon, and she informed me that she was available to perform the services on the wedding day I haf informed her of and that I should purchase the deal on her direct website instead. This was done and the amount of $450.00 was paid to her through my sister's paypal account. The wedding was quickly approaching and my sister and I repeatedly called and emailed [redacted] to set up a trial appointment prior to the wedding day, which is something that her advertisement clearly stated was part of the wedding package, however not only did I not get through to a live person, I also never received a call back, nor an email back. I have had no contact with the business owner since she accepted and received the payment.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement is a full refund of the $450.00 paid. No services have been exchanged for the amount paid.
