Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com of Hawaii Regarding Complaint # [redacted] I could not figure out to respond , hopefully this is where ?In response to Liquid Alohas response When I finally spoke to "Patricia " after waiting to hear back from her She claimed that she didnt answer my call on that Sunday because it was her Birthday When I did finally speak to her I had to insist that we meet right away for fear that because I work along Kam Hwy the possibility of the windshield shattering was even more possible potentially causing me or anyone else that could be sitting in my front seats harmI then had to drive to a different location (Kam Hwy) to meet her on her time ( She stated that she was really busy getting a TRO against her children's father) As I explained to her I engaged my wipers AFTER the roller was done and after the the machine was cleared from my windshield, NOT during the cleaning I thought I noticed that I seen a crack I used the wipers to remove the soap It did one pass over and then I noticed the crack in the right lower cornerI was seriously worried that it was going to come down again and shatter the windshield before the wash was finishedI was TRAPPED for several more minutes in there until the wash was done there was no way I could leave once I noticed the crackDuring our conversation it was mentioned that several people previously had issues with the multiple car washes but nothing was ever done about itIt took multiples calls to attempt a response after giving her my info with no luck It was many days later that the number I was given from the HELE employee was no longer working I do feel that although an unfortunate situation the car wash should be responsible and refund me the cost of the repair to my windshieldSince I have filed this complaint I have filed a police report and will be filing in small claims court as well to recup my losses

First I want to appologize for the recent delays to reply to this Revdex.com Complaint It was originally sent to the wrong company HIE and I recieved notice by HIE on March 24, I then contacted Revdex.com to direct the complaint to our company Liquid Aloha Express WashIn response to the consumer statement of our company Phone number disconnected I have found the consumer was provided by the then Carwash Manager a Patricia S [redacted] her personal cell phone number whom had quit her empoyment a shortly there after due to giving birth It took a while to get in touch with Patricia S [redacted] who had met with the consumer and had complete knowledge of the incident on Feb12, It was determined after inspection of the vehicle and interview with the customer who stated the use of the windsheild wipers during the wash process had caused the damage or it may had been precondition prior to the wash Using wipers during the wash cycle is the only way the top brush wash pads can get under the windsheild wiper blades to lift the blade assembly The carwash top brush rotation is designed to press down on the horizontal wiper blade when it is at rest in the off position When the customer turn the wipers on the position of the wiper blade is moving vertical sliding up over the washer pads entangling to be grabbed and lifted as top brush is moving towards the rear of the vehicle IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE TOP BRUSH TO LIFT WIPER BLADES IN THE DOWN HORIZONTAL POSITION WHERE IT IS AT REST WHEN IT IS OFF The horizontal rest position when off is the standard off rest postition on every modern automobile made If you press down on your wiper blades it will not move or lift, the top brush rotates only in the down rotation on all car wash systems If you pull up on a wiper blade it will move and lift off the windsheild surface This is standard engineering of all auto manufacturers and automatic car wash manufacturers to safely wash the millions of vehicles daily.Again, apologies for the delay in response and we are in hope this explanation help all concerned understand the reasons why we came to our conclusions Attached is a picture of the Notice of Instruction posted at the drivers side entrance wall addressing the NOT USE OF WIPERS on the first line.Respectfully, [redacted] Liquid Aloha Express Wash

First I want to appologize for the recent delays to reply to this Revdex.com Complaint.  It was originally sent to the wrong company HIE and I recieved notice by HIE on March 24, 2017.  I then contacted Revdex.com to direct the complaint to our company Liquid Aloha Express Wash. In response to the...

consumer statement of our company Phone number disconnected I have found the consumer was provided by the then Carwash Manager a Patricia S[redacted] her personal cell phone number whom had quit her empoyment a shortly there after due to giving birth.  It took a while to get in touch with Patricia S[redacted] who had met with the consumer and had complete knowledge of the incident on Feb. 12, 2017.  It was determined after inspection of the vehicle and interview with the customer who stated the use of the windsheild wipers during the wash process had caused the damage or it may had been precondition prior to the wash.  Using wipers during the wash cycle is the only way the top brush wash pads can get under the windsheild wiper blades to lift the blade assembly.  The carwash top brush rotation is designed to press down on the horizontal wiper blade when it is at rest in the off position.  When the customer turn the wipers on the position of the wiper blade is moving vertical sliding up over the washer pads entangling to be grabbed and lifted as top brush is moving towards the rear of the vehicle.  IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE TOP BRUSH TO LIFT WIPER BLADES IN THE DOWN HORIZONTAL POSITION WHERE IT IS AT REST WHEN IT IS OFF.  The horizontal rest position when off is the standard off rest postition on every modern automobile made.  If you press down on your wiper blades it will not move or lift, the top brush rotates only in the down rotation on all car wash systems.  If you pull up on a wiper blade it will move and lift off the windsheild surface.  This is standard engineering of all auto manufacturers and automatic car wash manufacturers to safely wash the millions of vehicles daily.Again, apologies for the delay in response and we are in hope this explanation help all concerned understand the reasons why we came to our conclusions.  Attached is a picture of the Notice of Instruction posted at the drivers side entrance wall addressing the NOT USE OF WIPERS on the first line.Respectfully,[redacted]Liquid Aloha Express Wash

Subject: Re: You have a New Message from Revdex.com of Hawaii Regarding Complaint #[redacted]I could not figure out to respond , hopefully this is where ?In response to Liquid Alohas response . When I finally spoke to "Patricia " after waiting to hear back from her . She claimed that she didnt answer my call on that Sunday because it was her Birthday . When I did finally speak to her I had to insist that we meet right away for fear that because I work along Kam Hwy the possibility of the windshield shattering was even more possible potentially causing me or anyone else that could be sitting in my front seats harm. I then had to drive to a different location (Kam Hwy) to meet her on her time . ( She stated that she was really busy getting a TRO against her children's father) As I explained to her I engaged my wipers AFTER the roller was done and after the the machine was cleared from my windshield,  NOT during the cleaning.  I thought I noticed that I seen a crack I used the wipers to remove the soap . It did one pass over and then I noticed the crack in the right lower corner. I was seriously worried that it was going to come down again and shatter the windshield before the wash was finished. I was TRAPPED for several more minutes in there until the wash was done there was no way I could leave once I noticed the crack. During our conversation it was mentioned that several people previously had issues with the multiple car washes but nothing was ever done about it. It took multiples calls to attempt a response after giving her my info with no luck . It was many days later that the number I was given from the HELE employee was no longer working . I do feel that although an unfortunate situation the car wash should be responsible and refund me the cost of the repair to my windshield. Since I have filed this complaint I have filed a police report and will be filing in small claims court as well to recup my losses.
