[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response is untrue I never agreed to the protocol I did not initial or complete the contract b/c the technician never went over the paperwork with meShe just took the paperwork & then told me should could not do the program unless I agreed to the entire week program I said I wanted to see how the session worked first She then said for me to give her my credit card number & she could proceed but she would not charge the card until AFTER the [redacted] sessions if I was pleased with service I NEVER saw or met with the Doctor although I did ask when she was inI was told it varied The technician then complained about how she only made per hour at this job and how she should make more in the day between the the sessions my credit card was inappropriately charged I called & left a message and asked that the Drcalled me directly My call was not returned when I returned for my final [redacted] session I asked the technician why my card was charged & she said the Doctor did it & that was it There was nothing she could doI asked her to call the doctor before my final session so I could talk to her - she said she tried but no one answered I told her I would filing a complaint and that I had already put the matter in dispute with my credit card company because there was NEVER a signed receipt for my charge on the credit card The technician again complained that she was only a per hour employee and that this was out of her hands I left both my home and cell phone number and requested that the doctor call me No response The only other place I have experience this type of pressure with lack of responsiblity is high pressure timeshare sales I did NOT authorize charge to my credit cardThe doctor was supposed to call me and talk to me about the total program since the technician consistently claimed that she was just doing what she was told and couldn't explain it completely Additionally, again I did not initial or complete the contract - I specifically left items uninitialed because I had questions and wanted to discussI was not given the opportunity to do soI have NO confidence in this business either to provide treatment to me or to deal with me or others in a straightforward manner I never received the treatments for which they charged me.For these reasons, I cannot return to the business and will continue to pursue the refund matter with my credit card company Regards, [redacted] ***

October 20, 2014The client came into try out our award-winning body-contouring laser, the i-lipo. We have served over 2000 clients so far.During and after the treatment, she kept exclaiming how delighted she was at having finally found this treatment and she would bring in her husband to...

try it out. She agreed to purchase a 10-session package, as per protocol. She signed the contract and consent forms, handed us her credit card and made the purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: the response is untrue.  I never agreed to the protocol.  I did not initial or complete the contract b/c the technician never went over the paperwork with me.
