My order was shipped on 8/11/and will get to my house on 8/18/that's days not day air like you charged me.And to day was the first time you called me back after I called you over times and I have phone records showing me calling you at 12:02pm EST and 11:05am EST and 9:48am EST and 2:45pm EST and lots more.And when you called me today and said [redacted] you and the other swear words to me and telling me that cause I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com you would NOT refund meI have never had a business that wants to sell stuff be so rude and after me leaving lots of messages and emails and not hearing back till after a Revdex.com complaint then waiting days for your return call that's not a way to run a business.So I want a refund for the day shipping when you shipped my order [redacted] Ground We did not overcharge you You selected day shipping Your telephone calls were between 1am and am Our business hours are 10-EST Your e-mail was answered We had not received your money from the transaction and therefore could not process a creditIt was received today but your threats to charge back the entire sale prevents us from doing anything at this point Regards, [redacted]

How could we refund you when we did not get the money yet.  The money is not deposited automatically.  Each party holds it for a few days to make sure there was no fraud.  I could not refund what we did not have.If you do not understand that, I am sorry.  Also,  No refunds will be issued with an open dispute.

Review: I do not know who runs this company or who handles customer service but I am appalled by how disrespectful and inconsiderate a company that relies on customer reviews and repeat service handles their customer service. I just received a phone call from an irate man cursing at me for leaving a message to cancel my order. First of all, I am a CUSTOMER! I have the right to cancel my order whenever I please. I explained why I am canceling my order and asked that a rep call me to rectify the situation. Instead I get a call from someone calling me a "[redacted] it" for not checking my SPAM which, by the way, does not have ANYTHING containing information about my order.I have checked the tracking page that was emailed to me originally everyday since I placed my order and it has not been updated. I have called the 888 number on your website and have been sent to voicemail. I have emailed and have not heard anything back! If someone, anyone, had responded to my attempts to contact you, you would know that I was originally trying to pay for overnight shipping but was turned off when I could not get in contact with anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase including the shipping charges, $62.20.

That is not our company. We are Liquid Latex Fashions. Our website is www.liquidlatexfashions.com. We handle product information only for all of our distributers. That is why the 888 number is listed. We do not handle sales for them.
