I was sold a contract to service my computer with tech support for a life time one year ago I now have viroses, and they won't service the computer approximately year ago,I payed $300.+dollars to first choice tech support to service this computer foreverThey've straighten the computer out about three times in the last year The computer is now slow and has out dated somethings (I can' t rememer)

This company lanced Malware on my computer and took it hostage. They locked my computer and show a number to call for repair I called and they demand demanded 650.00 to repair and license my computers complete scam I can buy the same thing for 100.00 or less or get it free.

I purchased First Choice Tech Support for that is for year coverage on cleaning up files and virus protectionI have called them numerous times and get a recordingThey have in my contract that someone is available 24/days a week ! I have read online after this that this is a big scamIn the contract it says they will refund the money which is the if they cannot or will not fix problems on computerPeople are saying online they CAUSE problems on your computer!!! I want my money back all of it! These people are scam artists big timeYou need to try and contact them on their number or e-mail and see what I am talking about! My daug hter was checking her *** account and she saw a text from herself sent to all of her contactsIt was a fake-looking google link
She clicked on the google link and and alert appeared in a new browser window saying that she had downloaded malware and that she needed to call this support numberShe called the number thinking she was calling *** directlyTHe first person to answer the phone had an Indian accent and my daughter said to the person that it sounded like a scam and that person with the Indian accent disconnected
After about five minutes, confused and concerned, my daughter called the number again
This time an American sounding gentleman answered and he reassured *** that the issue was legitimate and that she would need to fix it immeiately or else she would be the victim of ID theftHe convinced her to buy an off-brand Security System for her computerTO have the viruses and malware removedcalling back after the charges were made to her account

Purchased computer virus protection and scan in April Computer started to slow, called phone number for repair/update with no answer
The company never answered the number listed for repair/update to my computerI spent $to have it repaired and protected locally because it needed itI spent money for a lifetime service which has not lasted two years; what a jokeThis company is either a scam or simply just not service orientedEither way, I am out nearly $now that they did not live up to their claims of virus protection and lifetime coverage

First Choice Tech Support - Lock my computer (virus warring- call this number) - claimed they were Microsoft Partner - had no option but to agree
The week before Christmas - with multiple online purchases being due/tracked, we received an online error message stating that we had a virus and to call the number - This LOCKED OUR COMPUTERwhich, of course, made it impossible for me to look up the company (which is what I do when in a situation like this) Although they tried to give us a cost comparison with Best Buy, having the computer locked and feeling pressure from the sales person, we felt like we had no alternative
The could say that we had multiple viruses, but had they NOT LOCKED our computer, we would never have called their number Not to mention saying that they were a Microsoft Partner, which makes them seem credible for this we are asking for a FULL refundthey can have their spamware back

Presents themselves as a real company but preys on customers with computer security issues
Date 2/19/I was *** off by this company My computer locked up and had their number to call I called them to fix it and they charged me $ They ran my credit card but didn't fix the security issue after I allowed them to log into my computer They then wanted to charge my card for another $which I declined They then would not refund my $for services they didn't complete After passing ** around on hold for minutes, they said they would have someone from billing call me No one ever called I called back and they wouldn't transfer me The man on the phone told me that my computer was fixed which is not true He then cursed at me and hung up the phone

I want everyone to know how wonderful First Choice Tech support is in helping me outI had to call them several times over the past year for either one of my computers and each and every time them fixed the problem in no timeAs I tell all my friends,, you can not have a better company working to help you if you have a problem with your computerThe staff is so friendly and helpful, I wish other companies I work with would have staff like this placeThank you to 1st Choice Tech Support for all your help!
