Review: Damage was made to my leather sofa and after several attempts I have made trying to have the sofa repaired, I have not received any compensation for the damage. The moving company carries insurances, but has not made any attempt to resolve matter.
I have since purchased another sofa. I do not expect them to pay for the new one, but I would like payment for the damage.
When the mover occurred and the damage was found, the mover stated that I would be "taken care of".
The PUCT # on the invoice is [redacted].
I appreciate any help you can provide in settling this matter.Desired Settlement: Since the company has insurance, I feel they should pay me a fair amount for the damage.
