*** *** I can't accept the response to close this case yetWe still haven't been able to get the title in our nameFirst they didn't give me one at the time of purchase because they had to wait for my personal check to clearThen they sent it by FedEx and had to drive to their business to show a photo ID to pick up the package which is a minute driveThen with the title in hand back to the court house and it's rejected mainly because Iowa law states all signatures also have a printed namePlus the title I have is different than what is on fileMight not be a big deal as I don't know WI laws and their titles, but they will be sending the title into the State for background check to verify it's a clean titleHopefully it is and this can be over withAdam the General Manager has been very nice to me trying to get this closed

Hello ***,
Thank you for bringing this to our attentionWe apologize for the mis-understanding and for any confusion that was causedIt is not our intent to be dishonest or deceive anyone in regards to our vehiclesWe sincerely apologize if anything we may have said or done would lead
you to feel otherwiseWe do have an approval for you, but it needs some money downWe were unaware of your current vehicle situation and unfortunately that affects the approvalOnce again, we apologize for the mis-understanding and confusion that was caused

Hello [redacted],
We apologize for any
miscommunicationWe try to be as
transparent as possible in every aspectIt sounds like that was not achieved
for you. We did a little research into your issues and found that there
was a separate tag listing the accessories in the vehicle, the accessories are
also listed in the description on the website. That vehicle did have
additional rebates from GM on it and that program has since expired. GM
changes rebates on a regular basis and they are not retroactive. We
looked up the Military rebate on the vehicle and as it states, "That new unites
are delivered at the amount displayed in the "SUPPLR" field on the GM
vehicle invoice." For the model year GM Military Discount Pricing
Program. The Supplier Pricing on that vehicle with MSRP of 45775, is
The GM rebates were That would leave a total of Vanhorn
with the Bonus program brought the vehicle down to which is the current
sales priceAt this time we are unaware of any additional military discount
equaling Any documentation showing the additional rebate would be
subtracted from the sales priceOnce again we are very sorry or any
miscommunication that took place

I spoke with Van Horn Plymouth today regarding purchase of the 2011 BMW, they told me yes you are approved, someone will contact you. I received a call back Noel told me the Red BMW is no longer there I asked was it sold he said it’s no longer here.  Then I was told “you would have to put down the 3000 (for My Truck which is up side down)plus 2000 for us to work with you. Why would I need to put down a total of 5000 for a used truck that’s no longer there.  That’s retaliation. I never been to an automotive store that guarantee 100% financing and take all your information and tell you how much money you need to put down and show’s you no paperwork on their end.    [redacted] L. “Hello [redacted],
We apologize for any further confusion we may have caused. At this current time, Chevy is providing everyone the availability to purchase Chevrolet Silverado 1500s at the supplier’s price. So you would be able to purchase the vehicle at $35,250 including all available rebates at this time. GM had rebates totaling $4,250. Vanhorn with the Bonus program brought the vehicle down to $35,250 which is the current sales price. At this time we are unaware of any additional military discount equaling $3,250. If you are able to provide any documentation showing the additional $3,250 in rebates, we would then subtract that from the sales price of $35,250. Once again we are sorry for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that took place.”

[redacted]I apologize that you feel mislead.  First and foremost I would like to get these issues resolved.  The vehicle had paint work and tail lights and mirrors replaced.  The vehicle was never in an accident and that is why the Auto Check shows no accidents.  I would be more...

than happy to either have you return the car pay the 1,000 restocking fee, or give you and extended warranty free of charge, put in writing we will guarantee the future value, and stand behind all repairs.  Our number one goal is to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.  I have attached all the documents you signed the day you were here.  Thank you,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It seems that a new customer with no discount would get a better deal (35500)than myself (38500)with the military credit that's is suppose to be extended with all current incentives and rebates not a partial.

The brief explanation of issues this dealership sums up so briefly on this car is still untrue. The car had 2 windows replaced, the front grill, multiple moldings, all 4 door handles, antenna assy, mirrors, tail lights, bumper, hood latch, spoiler assy, backup light assy, roof rail over $5700 in parts & almost $5K in labor unless the parts list they sent me is also untrue. We offer a trade price for our car with what we thought was a local trade with low miles owned by an insurance company. Not an out of state auction car hard telling what type of person owned it to have this much damage and how all the damage occurred? We would not of offered any amount on this type of car. If they'd of been honest up front this would not be happening. I refuse to pay a restocking fee after being so mislead. All the forms given to me and being told to sign I just kept doing what they said. It was a very uncomfortable situation to put it mildly.

faster. We didn't sell [redacted] the softener, a ** unit, and don't carry the parts to repair that particular system. My service tech, who is young and new, stated we would reschedule his appointment after speaking with the office coordinator. My office coordinator, realizing that we don't service or carry parts for that equipment, called [redacted] to inquire about our refunding his service fee's and letting him use those monies to call a company that does repair ** systems.  Before she was allowed to hardly get out the words, [redacted] screamed profanity, MF ing her horribly and hung up. He then used his phone's memory to call my service tech while at another customers home and screamed profanity at him as well. My service tech tried to instruct him to put the unit in "bypass" until something could be worked out but he MF ed him and hung up. As a business owner and member of our community, I will allow NO ONE to treat me, my staff and employee's in this manner. I called [redacted], told him to keep the $138 worth of filters we had installed in his home, voided his check, and instructed him to use the $205.89 charge to have another company fix his system. He was happy about that and then accused us of lying, screaming FU to me and I ended the call.  Presently he has $138 of free filters, and $205.89 refunded to him to have his system repaired. I think he has come out financially ok. I feel sorry that he thinks he can treat people so disrespectfully, and wish him luck in the future. I am sure he would not want someone in his family treated so disrespectfully and here at Liquid Solutions we won't put up with it.If all this nastiness from [redacted] hadn't occurred, of course we would do what we can to fix his system. But not anymore. He is not a safe person for me or my staff to be around.

I met [redacted] at the fair and made appt for water system info. He came to our home and went thru everything. We were told by [redacted] that there was no interest for the 1st year so we signed papers at end of July to have system installed in home. All the plumbing was already in the home so did not have to do any plumbing.
We get a bill and are being charged interest, I called the company talked to them and they never called me back. Now my acct has been sold and the new place is charging us $60.78 per month interest. My pymts were suppose to be minimum of $100 per month no interest!!

This is an excellent system, but the installers do poor work. My system has been leaking since day one, Liquid Solutions came out once to repair and it's still leaking. I called again and LS won't come out and repair the problem, they told me to call a local plumber.
