Regarding this complaint, you can see our email communications belowhe mentioned, "Customers facts are different on Revdex.com then the original email he sent us"I put our email communications below so you can read them to see if there is something different between my original email and my complaint with Revdex.com!Instead of accepting their misleading advertising, he called me and started shouting at me that they are doing this business for yearsSo, what?What I bought from them was bad, now do you want me not to even putt a real review that other customers read it?. When I am not satisfied with the product I received, why I don't leave a negative review that at least other customers be aware of what they will receive from this companyIf there was a real review about this business I should be expecting to what I will get. My first email to business:Order number= ***I received my order today and sorted them outFYI, it was not my first time purchasing liquidation stuff, but it was my first purchase from your companyI would like to give you some statistics:Out of items in my order:- 30% in XL and XL plus size- Brand name items: Calvin Klein (1), Lauren (2), Tommy (2), Under Armor (1), Michle Kors (2) (about 8%)- 90% of items in brand such as Charter Club (12), INC (24) JM Collections (12), Karen Scot (16), Style & Co (21), NY Collection (5) This was your explanation for this product “We always try to give our customers a fantastic mix of styles, sizes and colorsThese are unmanifested lotsMost items have original retail tags attachedThese lots typically Include, but are not limited to brands like: Calvin Klein, Style and Company, Anne Klein, Charter Club, Alfani, Ralph Lauren, Nike, NY Collection, Levis, Alfred Dunner, and many more”.So, I don’t think you were honest with your customersI am happy that I tried your company with a small purchase, so didn’t waste a big money on thisI will file a negative review as well as a complaint about your business on Revdex.com ASAPReal reviews will go on other customer review websites as well. Business ResponseHello,This is all overstock from *** department storesWe try and mix the lots the best we can but we are limited to what *** is sending us at the time you purchaser your lotWe cannot control what is being pulled from ***We try and make sure a customer doesn’t purchase items and get of the same itemEvery order we send out is different just depending on what came in that weekAlso, when it come to Women’s lots we have two different levels of merchandiseWe have our regular lots that have a average original retail value of around $35-Then we have our gold level lots which have around a $75-original retail valueThe regular lots will have more casual product and the gold level will have higher name and be a little dressier. Our customers like that we have two different levels depending on their clientele. I tried contacting this customer immediately when he said there was a concern with his order and left him my direct phone number to contact meCustomer did not call but did respond with an email stating different facts about the order he received and threatening to leave negative reviews on the Revdex.com
and and other reviews sites before we could even speak with himCustomers facts are different on Revdex.com then the original email he sent usJeff, one of the owners here contacted the customer by phone and he stated that he received 30% large/Xlarge items and the other 70% were other sizes He told Jeff that people in Montana do not purchase Large and X-Large sizesJeff did not know how to answer that and tried to explain that Large/X-large sizes are very popular in the U.SThe customer told Jeff that he didn't want to talk about it and said he just wanted to leave a negative reviews on the Revdex.com and other sites. It is VERY rare when we have a complaint but we take them very seriouslyAll of our lots are shelf pull and overstock lots from high-end department storesWe do not sell cheap product, return product, defect product, low priced product, throw in accessories into clothing lots or mislead customersThe facts changing from when we received the first email to the facts that were reported on Revdex.com have changed dramatically which makes me very suspicious about this claimIf a customer has a problem with an order (something was shipped wrong or there was a delay, etc.) the customer will call and we take care of the problem immediatelyAgain, it is VERY rare when we have a problem but when we do, customers try and work the problem out with us and everyone is happyThis customer went straight to saying he wants to leave negative reviews on the Revdex.com and other review sitesOver the 20yrsof liquidating, our reputation has been near perfect and we work very hard to keep it that way I hope the Revdex.com will investigate this since it seems fraudulent
