Thank you, for given us the opportunity to clear up this matter in question. First allow me to explain the sale in question. [redacted], first came into Liquidation House on 10/**/13 and placed her order for model #T806S,which dearly stated table. Nothing whatsoever was mentioned about any purchase of chairs in the order. There was an initial deposit of $40.OO that [redacted] had left as her down payment, with our sales representative [redacted]. That was Invoice [redacted]

Then [redacted], would return on 11/*/13 and at that time [redacted] had offered to assist [redacted] with following through with her original purchase that was for a table Model #T8065, [redacted] became very upset and nasty towards [redacted] calling him a liar and requesting for [redacted]. It was informed to [redacted] that [redacted] was no longer with our store. That [redacted] would follow through with her and ensure that her order would be taken care of. [redacted] and [redacted] both reviewed her prior order that was written out dearly on the invoice [redacted] had. in her position and then it was compared with the invoice we had on file and it clearly was written down Oak #T8065 Table, as [redacted] continued to speak with [redacted] she Just became less friendly and would not listen to reason. It was clear that it was going to be [redacted] way or no way. [redacted] was able to offer another selection at similar savings and [redacted] agreed to change her order to Model # [redacted],Spack wood dining set, Cherry finish. We voided out the previous order and now wrote up another order, Invoice [redacted]. The table set was ordered that day 11/*/13 and received on 11/*/13, the chairs were all assembled as mentioned in the finalization of the sale. [redacted] called up [redacted] and informed her that her order was ready and available for pick up. [redacted] arrived with a male companion and It was clear that the gentleman was not satisfied with [redacted]'s choice he was noticeable upset and walked out of the store leaving [redacted] behind. [redacted] informed [redacted] that she didn't like this set.And she would instead take the table that was displayed on the showroom floor and wait for us to order the chairs. [redacted] clearly explained to [redacted] that this isn't the way business is conducted, that she wasn't being fair with us, that this would cost the store unnecessary money. Her reply was I'm not taking the set, that she wanted a ref und. She clearly was indecisive when she ordered her table set. [redacted] male companion even shouted out you can't shop atone, this is why!

On, 11/*/13 [redacted] changed her order once again. She now agreed to take the floor model Queen ann table and (4) Queen ann chairs.

This time it was written clearly on the customers invoice, this is the 2nd time the customer had changed her order, Voided Invoices [redacted] & [redacted]. We will not change this order any more. And [redacted] signed her signature that showed us that she understood.

[redacted], worked extremely well when dealing with [redacted]. He was always professional and went above and beyond to satisfy this purchase order. It's dear that [redacted] uncertainty to choose exactly what she wanted was unclear and we had documented every change that was done in accordance to the stores policy. So we feel that no wrong was done on our end.
