Liquidation Locks

I have contacted [redacted] (customer) and offered a full refund + the return shipping expense and [redacted] has accepted this offer.

Review: Purchased 2 Z-Wave deadbolt locks ($99 each). Both had the exact same malfunction and would drain the battery after 3 uses instead of the 300+ they should. Liquidation locks refused to provide a replacement, a refund or any type of solution. I called the manufacturer for a warranty replacement and they wouldn't provide one because "Liquidation Locks is a sketchy business, you shouldn't purchase from them and we can't back products they sell." I was forced to take a full loss and purchase 2 new locks from another supplier to replace these faulty locks. The new locks function perfectly. I cannot recommend anyone ever purchasing from Liquidation Locks on [redacted], their storefront. They won't stand behind their sales and neither will the manufacturers. This is a shady organization that has essentially stolen $198 from me.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would settle for nothing less than a full refund. I can ship the faulty locks back provided seller pays all shipping fees.
