Review: On 1/19/2014 I went to this liquidation outlet#2 in stockton ca. after calling first and being inform that oh yes we have that in stock, no promblem.after getting there I found thatwhat in was looking for , they didn't have, but we do have this showing me a picture, from a penny savers add.In short the salesman showed me a mattress that was very firm, I said ok and bought it,along with a bedroom set,and was tolled no promblem if your not happy we will fix the promblem.1. the mattress that was delivered is so soft that in sink into and had to go see a doctor because of the back and neck pain I recieved from sleeping on.and the futnture they delivered is nothing at all like what I was shown. I have called this place many time and ask them to please come and pick up there junk,or at least give me what I payed for. there answer, NO REFUNDS,ALL SALES FINAL..I ask the so called owner, even when you delivery the wrong items, he said NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINALS.DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK OR WHAT HAPPEN, SUE ME I DON'T CARE, I HAVE YOUR MONEY, AND YOU HAVE NOTHING.. END OF STORE.Desired Settlement: THEY TAKE BACK ALL THERE JUNK,AND RETURN ALL MY MONEY.OR GIVE ME WHAT I PAYED FOR, VERY SIMPLE YES.THANK YOU .

We called the customer to hear about the purchase. Manufacturer of the mattress company agreed to make extra firm mattress and customer came to Ceres and tried it and agreed to exchange with no extra charge and free delivery. Customer was happy with the outcome.
