Liquidation World Inc. (Albert Street)

I have purchased (on November 24, 2013 at 15:32 P.M.) two Adjustable Bed Frames from Liquidation World. The total cost was $99.98.These Adjustable Bed Frames are not adjustable to Twin size and I have tried all my best to assemble it but not successful.There is a manufacturing fault in them that's why I am not able to assemble it. Therefore I want to return them.I only open one box to assemble it and then pack it again and I didn't open the second one. I didn't use them at all.On the receipt it says that"Any item listed as a purchase can be returned with this receipt for exchange or refund at anytime, up to and including January 15, 2014 except on December 26th"But the Liquidation World is not refunding it at all. I also asked them for store credit but they are still refusing and saying that they cannot give the store credit to me either.[redacted]Desired SettlementRefundBusiness Response [redacted]This customer entered my store and approached my supervisor who was on duty. He said he wanted his money back and my supervisor advised him it was past the 30 days. [redacted] He did not give her a chance to offer any assistance or find out what the issue was with the product. [redacted] My cashier advised him to call me the next day to discuss the issue and he never called me. [redacted] We have never had an issue with these frames in all the years we have sold them and had he contacted me I would have been more than happy to have showed him how to adjust it or if in fact it was defective I would have exchanged it for another one. All I want is to return the bed frames and get my full refund as per the receipt. [redacted]Final Business Response [redacted] As I stated in the previous response had this customer came and spoke with me this issued would have been long resolved as I would never sell a defective product and expect someone to keep it. As previously stated if the customer will bring the bed frame in I will be more thsn happy to show him how they adjust and if in fact it is defective I will exchange it or refund his money if we do not have another frame in stock. It is my responsibilty to inspect defective product and make sure that it is in fact defective. I will personally deal with this customer myself.
