I bought 2 Liquipel skins screen protectors for my new IPhone 6s's! I bought the product because it states Lifetime Warranty and even the guy at Sprint stabbed the phone with a screwdriver to "prove" this product protected the screen from cracking! Needless to say, my screen is cracked along with the skin! No protection! No returned phone calls and phone provider wants to charge me over $100 to fix screen!

Review: I purchased Liquipel waterproofing for my Samsung Galaxy S6 in May, 2015. The waterproofing warranty covers the phone against water damage for 1 year.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, the warranty-covered phone sustained water damage and is non-functional at this time.

I contacted Liquipel via email and phone in an attempt to receive warranty repair work done on the phone, but did not receive any response.Desired Settlement: I would like Liquipel to honor the waterproofing warranty and have my phone repaired ASAP. I have had to purchase a temporary replacement phone because I received no return contact from Liquipel regarding the warranty request.

Review: I PURCHASED TWO LIQUIPEL SCREEN CLEAR SKIN FOR TWO OF MY [redacted] AND [redacted]. ON 4/11/15 WITH THE ADVERTISEMENT STATING NO MORE BROKEN SCREEN AND THERE IS EVEN AN ADVERTISEMENT WITH A SCREWDRIVER HITTING IT AND THE SCREEN DOESN'T BREAK. I CALLED 8/17/15 TO ASK ABOUT THEIR REPLACEMENT POLICY AND I WAS TOLD THEY DON'T OFFER COVERGE FOR THE PHONES. I SENT AN EMAIL ALSO AND WAS TOLD SAME THING. IT IS CLEARLY ON THE COVER OF THE PACKAGE THAT IT STATES NO MORE BROKEN SCREENS AND SCREEN ONLY PROTECTION. THIS MEANS THE SCREEN SHOULDN'T BREAK AND IF IT DOES IT SHOULD BE REPLACED. ITS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. TO ME THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND I ONLY PURCHACED THE SKINS BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY.Desired Settlement: I WANT MY TWO PHONES SCREENS REPLACED WITHOUT ME HAVING TO PAY FOR IT.

Review: I placed an order (#[redacted]) with Liquipel on December 4, 2015 to have my [redacted] waterproofed and have a screen protector applied. I received instructions from Liquipel to mail them my phone, which I sent off to them on December 5, 2015 with [redacted] in College Station, TX. On December 7, 2015, my order with Liquipel was refunded without my previous knowledge or request to do so. The [redacted] package with my phone arrived at their address in Santa Ana, CA on December 8, 2015. I've attempted to contact them every day since December 7, 2015 through email, [redacted], and calling them, and I have yet to receive any response.Desired Settlement: I would like contact with Liquipel so that my issue may be resolved, either with the follow through of my order or having them mail back my phone as soon as possible.

Review: I purchased (3) liquipel screen protectors from my local Radio Shack on 11/11/15. I chose the brand in part due to the advertised warranty. One of the screen protectors was broken within 2 weeks and another one within 6 weeks. I have been trying to contact the company by phone and web since 11/24/15 with no response. I have gone back to Radio Shack and they tried for me as well and didn't get through either. These products cost approx. $50 each.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund at this point. I am afraid to ask for replacements and they not last any longer than the first ones and then having to try and contact this company again.
