Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] This was wrong, I was not treated rightyou stated earlier that I was offered a routine cleaning but left the office prior to your performing this treatmentI was in your chair from 8:- 10: If you have not started cleaning my teeth in that long length of time, you have no intention of doing so

In response to the [redacted] concern stating that we refused treatment We did refuse to do a “healthy” routine cleaning for Mrs [redacted] due to the fact that we diagnosed issues It would have been unethical of us to proceed with the routine cleaning We stand by our diagnosis Mr [redacted] was offered a routine cleaning and left the office prior to us performing this treatment We cannot allow insurance companies to dictate the treatment by what is and isn’t covered for the patient Our primary goal it the oral health of our patients We are not willing to offer any refunds because exams and x-rays were done on the date of service, we can however forward x-rays once a record release form is signed by the patient We can either give these to the patient or forward to another dental office Please let me know if you have any additional questions Thank you, [redacted]

I do not wish to have a conference call set up by the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this because I do not want to talk with these people anymoreI stand by all statements I have made as the truthWe were taken advantage of, people need to be warned about how they operateI want them to examine their conscience about how we were treatedI don't see how they can live with themselves & sleep at night because of itI want them to have my xrays ready for pickup on Wednesday, April 22nd & not say anything to me when I come in to get them

I like the deals I received from Bayou State Pawn!
Great people to deal with

I failed to include a relevant fact in my response yesterday. It may be too late for it to be added, but I still wanted you to be aware of it & also Dentalworks if possible.

My appointment was @8:15. We left after 10:00, so if they intended to clean my teeth, as they said, but I left before they could, you would think they would have already finished in that amount of time. I was called back promptly, and was in a chair all of that time --- 8:15 – 10:00.

Thank you,

cleaning.  We stand by our diagnosis.  Mr. [redacted] was offered a routine cleaning and left the office prior to us performing this treatment.

We cannot allow insurance companies to dictate the treatment by what is and isn’t covered for the patient.  Our primary goal it the oral health of our patients.  We are not willing to offer any refunds because exams and x-rays were done on the date of service, we can however forward x-rays once a record release form is signed by the patient.  We can either give these to the patient or forward to another dental office.

I was denied a routine cleaning. I was told I would need a series of treatments for gingivitis starting today. Someone came in with a paper for my signature, stating that the insurance would not cover it, I stated that I only wanted the routine cleaning today. Another person came in stating I could make another appointment for the treatment & get my cleaning then, I took this as, I won't clean your teeth today. I overheard a conversation in the hall of someone saying "I will not clean his teeth". My wife was told that if she wasn't going to spend over $1000.00 today, then "you can collect your husband & we will show you to the door." This is an exact quote. Their primary goal is not the oral health of their patients, as they state. If it was, they would have been nice & welcomed us as their new patients & we would have made appointments for the future with them because we do want to take care of our teeth as we always have. They must be under pressure to sell & make as much money as they can while the patient is in the building. Why else would they reverse the usual order of the way it is done in a dental office? I should have had the dental exam after the routine cleaning. I have a right to decide if & when I receive treatment & I won't be pressured on my first visit to have something done before I have time to think about & process the information given.

This was wrong, I was not treated right. you stated earlier that I was offered a routine cleaning but left the office prior to your performing this treatment. I was in your chair from 8:15 - 10:00.  If you have not started cleaning my teeth in that long length of time, you have no intention of doing so.

Our providers cannot perform treatment because that is what the patient wants or because that is what is covered by an insurance company..  The providers are going to do what is ethcially and clinically sound by the diagnosis.  I am sorry that the patient is unhappy with this decision but again, our Providers are only trying to ensure that your oral health is the best that it can be.
Thank you
