Review: Manager / owner ([redacted] female) was very dis-respectful as I went about considering purchasing product from her store. I inquired about a particular product price range and the products that she had were highly marked up. When I declined to buy she asked me why and I told her that I could get the product elsewhere for less cost. She then replied... get out of my store, I do not need your business, go someplace else and do not come back. Her very unprofessional mannerism was out done by bad tone and attitude that reflected a serious dis-connect between she and I as a brown man. I do not know whom she is used to attracting to her store for product sales but she is very rude, unpolished and indignant. A police officer was exiting her car and asked me if all was well because the lady followed my exit from the store to continue vocalizing her distaste for my decision to spend my money elsewhere. The officer suggested that I file a complaint because it was not a police matter though very inappropriate. The lady looked at the officer and smiled as if soliciting acceptance for her actions. The officer did not concur. This was not my first witness of her bad business practices.Desired Settlement: 1. Notice to the public that her establishment is not consumer friendly unless you meet a certain racial profile or consumer ignorance. 2. She is required to undergo sensitivity training.3. She is required to undergo cultural traing relative to brown people and learn quality customer service skills.4. That the BBA clearly helps her to understand that her style of business will not be tolerated and that she is alienating her business.
