Customer has ordered over 24 bottles of Liqueurs over the past 3 months. The last time she claimed she did not get the last 3 orders I sent...
her the tracking and signature via e-mail and she replied that is was indeed her signature. She has called us 3-4 times a week since that time to say she did not get here packages and I remind her of our prior communication and she states she did receive the packages. I would be happy to email you all correspondence that I have had with Mrs. [redacted] as well a proof of delivery.

As I stated in my prior response I can provide proof of delivery with a signature which the customer agreed with via email back in April. Also the customer has made another order with our company which we shipped on June 7, 2016.
