Liquors Galore

Review: I made an online purchase for 2 bottles of a limited edition Wild Turkey American Spirit 15yr old bourbon at $119.99 a bottle and $22.52 shipping and handling for a total purchase of $262.50. These were to be sent to my forwarding agent to be sent on to me in Australia. My further cost for these was an additional $180 dollars in shipping and duties. when the package arrived and was opened in Australia the two bottles I received where $39 bottles of common Wild Turkey Russell's Reserve 10yr old bourbon. I immediately contacted the company via email and had no response after several days, emailed again and had no response. called the number and got an answering machine, left a message - no response. Have called on several occasions and had the phone answered by staff - I am then placed on hold until the phone drops out. have emailed them through there contact us page - still awaiting a response.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to get delivered the two bottles I originally paid for and ordered. if they are misrepresenting what they have available to sell then I would like a full refund of my purchase
