Tenant informed the Manager of the issue of the leak, work order was performed and completed the same dayThe documents attached to this response clearly states that the tenant is responsible for insurance which the tenant declinedIn the first page in which the tenant initialed (Notice to Tenant and Release) "Tenant will self insure or obtain insurance for all losses and damages as required in paragraph 20."
