My husband purchased silver Love and Lost rings for me, in memory of our son who died. Once they arrived, We were both surprised at how thin they were but I kept them and wore them everyday. Within one year the ruby birthstone fell out somewhere. I would not make same choice again.

I received a birthstone (family) necklace for Christmas. I put on a happy face when I opened the box-but disappointed in the stones. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from them again.

I ordered a ring from lisa leonard for myself for Christmas and when it arrived I was so afraid to open it I didnt want to be disappointed I actually waited all day until I was alone and am so glad I did it was even more beautiful than the pictures! I love it! I needed it! ( first time I ever did that no regrets! )

I ordered a mothers day gift from Lisa Leonard almost a month ago and when I noticed it had not arrived two weeks before mothers day I emailed them about the loss. That is when I heard, for the first time, the excuse that it was lost in the mail so if I had not contacted them I guess I never would have known until the holiday came and went without delivery. They would not make any commitment to rush delivery so I could receive it on time nor did they offer me a discount on my order. The lack of notice of its loss in the mail and the lack of concern about my need to receive it are both problematic.

This company is horrible. They sent me refund instructions and now wont give me my refudn. They have their broken ring and my money. I have sent countless email and posts to Facebook. Nothing.. Time to file with the Revdex.com

This company is either a scam or unbelievably bad at customer service. No delivery of product and no answer with phone calls and emails. I'm about to open a Revdex.com case on them.
