Nobody is asking for anymore money!!!! Christopher Regina, The *** of The *** *** *** has resolved this issue with *** ***He is willing to give her the $back that she is asking for to get this complaint resolved and removed from the Revdex.com*** *** spoke to *** *** last weekWhy this complaint is still up is beyond me

*** *** purchased a wedding package deal with the *** *** *** in August That package deal includes all her vendors, me being the photographerIn October she came in and upgraded her package to include photographers & assistantOn March ***, 2015-months
later, she sent me a frantic email along with a frantic call stating that her parents went behind her back and booked and paid for another photographer without her knowing and without her permissionShe was now wanting to cancel with me because her parents had left a much larger deposit that was non refundable with the other photography companyI had spoken with the *** of the *** *** *** to see what to do and they told me she was not allowed to do that, that she has the package special that includes all her vendors*** had made such a big deal with the *** of the *** *** *** that they decided to let her do itAt that time I asked her for a letter stating that she was canceling with me to cover myselfIt that letter her had stated that I owe her money, $On April *, I had sent her a email explaining to her why she doesn't get her money she left for a deposit backI also told her in the email that she does not owe me anything else and wished her the best of luck and to have a wonderful weddingI have not contacted her sinceNow first of all, we have contracts and deposits for a reason, basically for this reasonI have photographed over hundred weddings and have never ever received a complaint, that should stand for somethingThe fact that a bride would personally attack me stating that I am harassing her, and that she wants me investigated for fraud is disgusting and a terrible thing to do! All over $that she thinks I owe her?? She left a $deposit! that doesn't even cover the cost of the photographers and assistant that she had booked that day and now made them loose a days work and paySo you know what, at the end of the day you cant please everyone

I apologize that I have not responded to this. This issue is resolved by the VENUE owner. I will NOT reccomend this business to anyone unfortunately. Review: I booked with this company for a wedding for July 2015. I decided to cancel for a private reason. The [redacted] was rude & tried making me feel bad for trying to cancel. She proceded to tell me I owe her the full amount no matter what. I paid half the total amount. From my research, I learned that a 30% deposit would be non-refundable. Understandable. She is telling me the amount I owe is double than what the contract reads & I owe HER money. Technically, I paid half & the [redacted] owes me money.I tried respecting the business & actually felt sorry for canceling & understandably losing a 30% deposit. Instead, I feel harassed by this [redacted] stating I owe her money.Desired Settlement: Having the business looked into for fraud. I do not owe this business money per the contract. If the contract is needed, I'll gladly somehow send a copy, etc. I would like my estimated $200 back.

She was now wanting to cancel with me because her parents had left a much larger deposit that was non refundable with the other photography company. I had spoken with the [redacted] of the [redacted] to see what to do and they told me she was not allowed to do that, that she has the package special that includes all her vendors. [redacted] had made such a big deal with the [redacted] of the [redacted] that they decided to let her do it. At that time I asked her for a letter stating that she was canceling with me to cover myself. It that letter her had stated that I owe her money, $200.00. On April *, 2015 I had sent her a email explaining to her why she doesn't get her money she left for a deposit back. I also told her in the email that she does not owe me anything else and wished her the best of luck and to have a wonderful wedding. I have not contacted her since. Now first of all, we have contracts and deposits for a reason, basically for this reason. I have photographed over 700 hundred weddings and have never ever received a complaint, that should stand for something. The fact that a bride would personally attack me stating that I am harassing her, and that she wants me investigated for fraud is disgusting and a terrible thing to do! All over $200.00 that she thinks I owe her?? She left a $488.00 deposit! that doesn't even cover the cost of the 2 photographers and assistant that she had booked that day and now made them loose a days work and pay. So you know what, at the end of the day you cant please everyone.
