So the consumer came in and wanted a manicure and polishWe did look at her nails, and we could do her nailsWhile doing her nails, she wanted them a certain way, a way we have never done beforeWe explained to her that we have never done
the method she wanted, and she understood thatSo then, we recommend to do the gel manicure, which we asked her if it was alright and she answered, "yes." So, she came back a couple days later with a problem with one fingernailThe consumer stated that her "nail" ripped off, but her legit nail did not rip, it was just the gel polish.So, the time she came in, it was extremely busy during that timeShe demanded to get the fix done right away, but during that time, all the customers were appointments where she was just a walk-inWe had a priority to the appointment customers that came in firstWe tried to communicate with her that we could fix it later if she made an appointment where we could squeeze her in, so in the meantime, we added glue to her nail to help the problem right away and explained her to come back when we were free or to make an appointment so we could get her in right away and fix the problem completelyWe do apologize on our part that we didn't know how to do the method she wanted, and if the consumer would like a refund that she call first before coming to our business to get the refund
