I’m not giving this client a refund

Hi [redacted] -This is Lisa P***, I just received another letter from you asking how I want to handle this clients complaint. My response is that she made a service appointment to get her hair done, got her hair done, paid and even tipped- then a week later decided it wasn’t what she wanted and is... now saying I made a mistake. Her complaint is baloney and this lady has been harassing me on [redacted] and [redacted] and luckily I was able to publicly respond with pictures and my explanation. She also pathetically requested a refund from my credit company (Square processing) to which they sided with me and denied her request. You can’t pay and tip then decide you don’t like it a week later! I’m busy with happy clients and do not have any more time for her complaint. It is beyond ridiculous and she’s just looking for a refund & I’m not giving her a dime. I don’t have time to mail this but please feel free to use whatever I said here as my final response. Attached is her before and after picture. I did her a huge favor in completing her requested service as best I could and did not perform any “mistakes.” I still suggest she let this go and find a new stylist as I want nothing to do with her. I am rejecting this response because:I tried to work this out with Lisa without the Revdex.comI texted her letting her know that my hair had turned an ashy brown color and was not blonde, like she said it would beI have talked to several other hairstylist, and they said that their first response would have been to ask me to come back in and fix my hairInstead, Lisa blocked my number, and then when I posted on *** and *** what had happened for other customers to be aware, Lisa sent me harassing texts.Attached are the photos of what my hair looked like before seeing Lisa, what I had asked her for, and what it looked like after her serviceAs you are able to see in the photos, Lisa did not deliver what she told me would happened. A refund is in order for this experience with Lisa
