That is only a partial list of the problems we have had. I have mentioned multiple things to maintenace that never even got put into the file. When they do put things in there its only half true. There was no mention of the reason the dishwasher hadnt been put in until the day before it was installed. [redacted] is my 3 year old son and has nothing to do with maintenance so im not sure why he is even mentioned. Filters for the ac have been changed consistantly by us. Every time maintenance fixes something they cause damage to the unit that im not responible for. As far as the spraying and bug bombing goes, I shouldnt have to have a constant supply of poison in my home because of a problem in another unit. I appreciate the gesture for carpet cleaning and movie tickets but thats not solving the problem. Again, I am more than willing to work this out with the business but they need to stop looking only at what maintenance says and communicate with ME. My wife has her hands full enough watching 4 kids. If there is any questions regarding this matter from any parties involved, please call me and I will be happy to explain everything.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I had agreed to the settlement as stated above but after I agreed, my tires were vandalized by their tenants of 2076 and although the Management was endearing with their regrets, I was forced to come up with the replacement of two tires and one of the vandalized tires was no more than 6 months old. I called and asked if the Management could please reduce the amount agreed upon by the amount of the replacement tires from [redacted] tires because this only added to the harassment that I had been receiving for over two months. It was stated that the management did all that could be done under the circumstances and this was unsettling to me because even though the Management was aware of my reason for needing to move, the volatile harrasment made by the tenants of Trailside at Hermoso point, apartment [redacted], I now was made to come up with the $409 plus an additional $187 for the replacement tires at the hands of the apartment tenants that resided in their complex. I believe that the replacement cost should be reimbursed. Although the local Management may have their "hands tied" but the Management Company named [redacted] (Arizona) could "untie" their hands and reimburse me under these circumstances.
[redacted] Last time I contacted the resident she said everything was fine. She stated that she has little to no roach problem. I told her if she will liked to spray and she refused. The only one there was sweet [redacted], she was busy so I sat and waited. [redacted] came to where I was sitting and she told me that she had gotten my latest emails. She apologized and said that she would be putting a call into the Manager [redacted] to see if she could help me solve the problem. I asked [redacted] if she saw what the did to my porch and she said yes, "let me call you later today and tell you what I found out, ok." I thanked her and told her that I'm not staying there again tonight, I just can't deal with it. I received a call from [redacted] as promised, unfortunately she was not able to contact [redacted] and that she just wanted me to know that she had not forgotten me. I returned later on at 530p on 8/2/15 with my daughter to pick up my uniforms for work the next day because I will not stay there at night. Sadly more trash and cigarette buds were spilt on my porch. This time one of the cigarettes had a long ash trail still attached so it seams that it was recently flicked there. I am just grateful that I had previously thrown away my doormat from my porch because it had been burnt by their cigarettes that had purposely been dumped onto my porch. This most recent cigarette left still somewhat burning could have caused a fire to my apt. I thank you for [redacted], she has a huge heart. She got sprayed on the following days7/03, 7/11, 7/19 ,7/25I got a hold of my pest control and he stated the resident left toys behind and was not properly prept but tried to spray her apartment as much as he can. He did focus on kitchen area and appliance because we were trying to add a new dishwasher. This resident was close to get a 5 day health and safety notice but she did her best to comply. The resident were aware a new dishwasher was order but was waiting for the apartment to clear of pest to introduce new dishwasher. The dishwasher was finally installed on 7/25.On August 3rd I walked to #2122 and was able to get a hold of Christian and asked her how is her apartment doing, She said she has 1-3 roaches but not much activity. I offered to get her sprayed tomorrow 8/04 but she declined. She said she will call when she needs it.I apologized again for the inconvenience she had in the last month. She stated she was upset for many reason.*Needing to prep her apartment for a whole month due to roaches. (pest control stated she was the source) We spray the surrounding apartments and had minimal activity. *a/c leak in her home *someone broke into her car and stole her purse and that when she really got frustrated. As a great customer gesture I offered to re-spray her apartment home and give her a gift card to the movies so they can be out for at least four hours. Again she declined and will call us if they are any issues.
