Revdex.com:Initialy we had no intentions in filing a Revdex.com report but felt our hands were tied when they started making threats to us about leagal action if we didn't give them more money after we felt all of our dealings with Alder Cabinets were resolved. All the statements we made in our origional claim were true from our point of veiw. I hope they can take our claim and use it to improve their customer relations with whoever chooses to work with them in the future. After our origional claim, Dwayne did contact us and agreed to end the relationship with no further contact, at that point we were relieved to be able to move on from the bad experience we had with Alder Cabinets. We still have issues with our cabinets and are trying to find someone else to fix them.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
