I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I would like to thank Lisac’s Tire for sending me a refundI also want to add that I took the vehicle to another mechanic the following day, and showed him the brake padsHe said there was another 10,miles left on the brake padsHe also fixed the original problem which was a left front hub bearing being bad.I did ask the mechanic if he could fix the problem after the brake pads did not cure the problem, and he said if was a hub problem that they do not do that kind of work thereAfter hearing that I new I needed to find a different mechanic/business.

Please understand we are not here to take advantage of our customersWe simply replaced the brakes that were worn out on the truckThat was the noise that tech found, and no we didnt drive the vehicle when done, because in our shop we only have one tech and he doesnt have time to test drive
everything that comes in our doorAs far as not giving the customer his rear brake pads back, I wasnt going to dig in or expect anybody else to dig in our dirty garbage cans that are very oily and whatever else comes off the wheels and tires when they come in the shopI wish the customer would have let us know that they still are having problems with their vehicle so that we could have addressed if there was further issuesI will have our main store reimburse back the to the customer but understand we do not feel we were given an opportunity to rectify if there were other issues once the vehicle was picked up by the customer.Sincerely,*** ***Lisacs Retail Manager
