Review: On 03/05/2014, I entered into a contract for $20.00 in which a $8.00 per day fee is charged on this loan. I informed the female that I would return the same day to pay for and retrieve my items. It was discussed that $8.00 is charged per day and that tomorrow would be an additional charge. On the door of the business it is stated that the new hours allow the business to be opened until 5:00 p.m. I arrived at 4:36 p.m. on that same day and the door was locked. I rang the doorbell 3 times and no one came to the door. I called this establishment to complain and there was no answer and also no answering service to take my call/complaint. I am very disappointed with the service that I received while conducting business as it was not at all professional. After this incident it is clearly obvious that this business does not value its customers or their time and contribution to them and I will not conduct business with them nor refer anyone to them for these reasons.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be for the business to be open and close ON TIME and be available especially when it is discussed during a business transaction that a customer will be returning for their merchandise. I would like an apology and not be charged for an additional day of finance charges/interest due to the irresponsibility of the employee/business and their practices.

This letter is in regards to the letter received by Revdex.com. Recently we have

changed our business hour from 11:OOam to 4:00 PM which sign is posted.

Due to emergency we may have to close early. If a customer comes in takes

out a loan and comes back the same day they are charged an interest. If this

customer was not able to come in the same say she was charged the same

about that she would have paid if she had picked up the same day which was

$8. If for some reason unforeseen we have to close then we do not charge a

customer. However in this instance this customer was not charged any extra

just the fee that she would have paid if she did come in the same day. She

was not charged for the following day. We apologize for any inconvenience

that caused the customer. Closing was an unforeseen circumstance. We can

return the $8 fee that the customer was charged. She can contact business

between llam-3pm

Review: On Friday, January 24 2014, I used my i-Pad mini as collateral for a payment of $ 20. I almost immediately regretted my decision and returned a couple of hours later to buy my i-Pad back. Although my contract stated that the above named store would be open till five it was already closed by 4:16, the time I showed up. On Monday, the next day it was open, I called at 11 a.m. and asked if the store would honor its hours that day. I was told in the affirmative. I called again at 2 p.m. but nobody answered. I kept calling until 5 p.m. (the official closing time) but to no avail. Today is Tuesday and again I am trying to call, but again I do not receive an answer. You need to know that my contract stipulates that the buyback price of my item goes up by $ 8 per day. On Friday I would have paid $ 28, today I owe a minimum of $ 52 and tomorrow it will go up to $ 60. Now, I know that bringing my property to [redacted] shops is never a good idea, but I am honestly trying to get it back and I am not fighting the contract, what I am complaining about is a business that is not honoring the contract. You also need to understand that I have have to pay $ 8 per day regardless of whether they open their doors or not. This is acceptable if they keep their posted hours open, but they do not and this failure will cost me dearly. I would also like to add that my contract specifies the store hours.Desired Settlement: To get my i-Pad back as soon as possible at a fair price (since I have done everything I could to get it back sooner)
