Review: Contractor abandoned job without honoring the details of the contract. He packed up all tools as well as all the materials and took off. Before abandoning the job, he would show up for an hour here and there and leave, demand more money,and not show up for days. His workers were coming around looking to collect there weekly pays, from me the homeowner, because the contractor didn't pay them.He would take the materials from my job and bring it to other projects. Building supply companies were looking to collect, as well as dumpster rentals which he owed money too. We signed a contract to do Stucco, Framing, roofing, stonework, and decking, of those items he did half the roof, very little framing, and nothing else. I was forced to hire other carpenters to fix and work on those projects. I currently have no home to live in, and im out ALOT of money, after I was promised this job would be finished before the end of summer. I feel lied to, cheated,ripped-off and very angry at the lack of professionalism, and lack of integrity by this business. We have heard since, that he has this same pattern with other customers.Desired Settlement: I want my job finished or my money returned. I believe his carpentry license should be questioned and his business should not be allowed to practice. we are prepared to take legal action.
