I was only showed the last page of the contract when he came to view the house.I saw the full contact 3 weeks later after requested, when read [redacted]Filled in the time of contract dates for a year.Every time I call the office to check on the progress of my house I am aske ifI am in the market to buy a house, and that is from the same person that was asked to sell my house. In response to my meny questions he responds with agrvation.Desired SettlementI will fulfill a 6 month contract but then I will be given the opportunity toMove on.Business Response When I listed the home of the consumer, I had another licensed agent present with me that went over everything in detail, including the dates of contract for a year. She later came in and asked for a copy of the contract which she was given. When someone calls the office, I have 7 other people that answer the phones on a daily basis. They may or may not know that she has her home listed with me. If I have been the one who answered the phone, and asked if she was in the market to buy a home, then I was unaware that it was her on the other end of the line. I apologize. I sometimes can't hear well and also talk loudly. If she took me talking loudly as being aggravated, then I apologize. If she wants her listing to be for only 6 months, that is perfectly ok with me. I will release her listing now if she is unsatisfied with my services so that she can move on.
