We are issuing a refund as a courtesy but need to clarify some issues raised by the customer in their complaint.1.  Our website has a delivery calculator that tells all customers exactly when their order will be received.  This customer placed the order and with the shipping speed they...

selected, the order was delivered exactly as they requested.  The day an order ships is not considered a delivery day, so an order that ships on Wednesday with 3 day delivery, will arrive on a Monday.   The customer could have called the 1-800 number displayed at the top of our website to confirm with our customer service the delivery time since it was so critical to their order.2.  We proactively reached out to this customer multiple times during the delivery process to assist them.3.  The customer was told and understood that when returning the order, they would be responsible for the return shipping.  They confirmed this understanding.Thank you.

The customer placed an engraving order online.  As part of the order process, the customer input what they wanted inscribed.  The customer received an email confirmation after ordering with all the order details including the inscription details.  We custom engraved exactly what was input by the customer.  After receiving the order the customer reported an incorrect spelling.  The mistake happened when the customer placed their order, not when we engraved it.  To assist the customer, we offered to engrave a new batch of product at a 50% discount to help the customer out.  The customer then threatened to publish damaging comments about us on Facebook and did not accept our offer.    Our offer still stands.  Thanks.[redacted] [redacted]

We will call this customer directly today to try to resolve. We want her happy.
