I worked with List Giant, this is a company with no diversity at all. When I was hired, I was told by one of the owners, Don't Take It Personal if Certain People Don't Speak To You!
And I was also Told Don't Think Just Do, I guess they did not get the memo that the days of SLAVERY are over! They have a image online that shows a person of color working there, but there are no people of color working there at all. Also during the time I worked there, the COO would play music that would say the N word over and over again, even his assistant would say, what kind of music is this. I have worked in corporate for a long time, but I have never seen the level of Bigotry like this.

Review: I ordered leads from this company for us to contact to make sales.The leads we first received had an out of service phone number rate of about 30% and the numbers that were in service had no interest in our product including people who had been deceased for a long period of time. I called back to my sales rep P[redacted] to complain and he said no problem I will send you a replacement file. Which he did. The 1500 lead replacement file he sent me was even worse with a 40-50% out of service ratio and the people were not interested at all in our wholesale travel packages we sell.I called on Monday the 18th and spoke with the manager Steve and he told me you will always get 20% out of service and if he got a call he would say he was not interested in the product and hang up,this was his expatiation and would not give a refund,he also said he would have the sales rep Peter call me on Tuesday.He did not call Tuesday. He did call today to see how the leads were going he was unaware that I had talked to his manage on Monday. He would not give me a refund either and became quite offensive on the phone when I informed him I had started a complaint with my credit card co. He went as far as to call me a spineless weasel and was quite nasty.I was very surprised by his very unprofessional attitude.More importantly when I placed my first order he told me not to worry about getting a federal registration to buy consumer leads with phone numbers I was quite prepared to do so as I understand you must register with the Do Not Call List but again he said don't worry about it. A federal offense I have come to learn.What I am looking for is a full refund of the $ 300 I paid for the first batch of leads I bought. Thank You G[redacted]nDesired Settlement: I am looking to get my $ 300 I paid for to purchase this leads which were not at all what I was told that they were.These very poor quality leads have cost me thousands in lost sales and paid wages to call these leads which are of no use to me whatsoever.
