Hi [redacted] , this is Jini hereI am SO sorry the elemental diet did not work for youI would really like to know (specifically) what parts of the book, or my website made you believe I was presenting this as a 100% guaranteed cure? I would really like to know as I will change the text to make it more clear that what I'm offering is what has worked for me and thousands of others, but there is nothing in the world (not even a drug) that works for 100% of the people, 100% of the timeThat is why I continually encourage people to listen to their own gut, do not give their power away to anyone (not to me either!) and to chuck out whatever doesn't resonate or work for themI thought I was very clear about this in Chapter of Listen To Your Gut (which I give for free)So if it is not clear, please let me know so that I can fix itYou are correct that my customer service team cannot give personal health advice (neither can I - we are legally prohibited from doing so) - all they can do is answer product usage questions according to manufacturer guidelines or user/reader feedbackI have a page on the LTYG Shoppe with referrals to health practitioners who can provide this kind of support and guidance if that's what you need: https://shoppe.listentoyourgut.com/private-health-consults/Regardless, I know it is just devastating to follow a program to the letter and it still doesn't work! This is what I did with the SC Diet for one full yearThat diet has worked for thousands but it just did not work for meCommitting to a healing program takes so much of your time, your energy, your hope, your money, your self-discipline, etc and to wind up no better, or even worse is just beyond nastyI am truly sorry you had to go through this.Here's an overview of this person's interactions with Listen to Your Gut:*ORDER HISTORY:*- He placed his first order on 5/20/for various items, including Absorb PlusThe order total was $The order note said this:"Please leave with the leasing office if there is no one at my apratmentDO NOT LEAVE @ THE DOOR!!!!!! I want to get this stuff immeaditely so that I can start detoxing ASAPPlease call either [redacted] or [redacted] in order to make sure they are around for delivery and please call before leaving with the leasing officeI have had problems with them losing packages before and this is too importnat for that to oocurThanks!!"- Order #was placed on 6/2/for a handful of supplements totaling $189.59.- Order #was placed on 6/5/for probiotics totaling $128.89.- Order #was placed on 6/15/for a handful of supplements including another AP one week kit, totaling $He then decided to send back the Absorb Plus and do a free exchange for vegan protein products so we did that for him and refunded the difference of $92.51.- Order #was placed on 6/27/for a hemorrhoid kit and probiotics totaling $155.63.*MORE DETAILS:*- Throughout June he called, emailed and visited live chat with product and protocol questionsThese were promptly answered and he thanked us multiple times for the assistance.- days in he emailed and said he was still seeing bleeding so he switched to vegan shakes instead of Absorb Plus because he thought the dairy was a problem.- He called on 8/and complained to Argenta that, "He had a recent blood test done and now has pancreatic disease because of the high amount of vitamins and minerals in the supplements." He went on to tell her that the next call would be from his attorney and that his doctor is backing up his claimsShe told him a lot of the same things from the beginning of this response above, but he was adamant that he is entitled to a 100% refund for everything he purchased, despite being told several times that our return policy is very clear about our being unable to refund opened/used items.- He then called on 9/to tell us that the protocol messed up his liver according to a test that he had done and reiterated his claim that we owe him a 100% refund along with threats to blast us.Here's a link to our shipping and returns policies (prominently displayed at our shop):https://shoppe.listentoyourgut.com/pages/Shipping-%26-Returns.html
