Review: Purchased 50,000 email addresses and most of the emails are invalid and have been for several years. As a solution the company wants us to pay them to send the emails for an additional charge. We do not need that service.Desired Settlement: We are looking for a full refund of $3,200.00

Review: The Web Marketing Association had purchased a mailing list of 12,000 Content Managers in January. The list was delivered without the street address rendering it unusable. Multiple attempts to resolve via email and telephone have not generated any results.Desired Settlement: We seek to receive a corrected list or a refund of our payment.
