The floor the client ordered is Listone Giordano Classica Oak Natural Fibramix/Oleonature Listone 90 Square Edge. Again this is the floor that was specified by the client. We provided samples and the client approved themHe placed the order and accept our term and condition. ALL SALES ARE FINALThe other floor that the client mentioned is Listone Giordano Atelier Heritage Oak Civita. This floor is very different from Oak Natural. It is a steamed Oak wire brushed, hand planned. The surface is rough and it feature a finish called Invisible Touch ( polyurethane water base finish ). The look of this floor is rustic compare to the look of Natural Oak that is more modern. The price of Civita Listone 90 is more than double of Natural Oak Listone 90. We explained in details all these feature and characteristics to the client. In terms of delivery client accept delivery from Italy to US only. He will take care to deliver the floor from the US to Panama. We offer a 5% discount that cover the import duty. All of these was agreed by the client.There is no free trade agreement between Panama and European Union. Lower taxes on import apply only to raw wood.
