I have been in contact with the patient as wellI understand that he is concerned he hasn't receive the checkOn Tuesday 1/3/our accountant assured me that the check was sentWe are figuring that since it was sent during the holiday season it was taking longer to arriveI will continue to be in contact with the patient through email until he states the check was received or we cancel the sent check and mail a new one.?

To whom it may concern, am writing in response to complaint ID ***The complaint was submitted by a patient intending to have surgeryThe patient paid the fee for surgery then cancelled shortly before the surgery dateIn the complaint, the patient states that he called the office to ask for
the refund, was told he would be contacted but was notThe patient also stated he attempted to call back three times after thisI am not sure if there was a miscommunication or undocumented informationOur office doesn't have records of anyone speaking to Wm regarding a refundIf the patient left a message with our answering service, we would have documentation in the chartOn the same day the patient issued this complaint to the Revdex.com (12/13/16), our office received an email from the patient asking for the money backI myself responded to this email on 12/14/letting the patient know the money would be refunded in full besides the cancellation fee of $The patient responded he was fine with this solutionThe check for $3,was mailed to the patient on 12/22/To our knowledge, this issue has been resolvedIf you have any more questions please contact our office
