after more than 2 months of my car being at their shop and three attempts to correct issues they created as well as the original repairs needed the have not resolved issues and my car remains in a state of disrepair one example is my rear brake light the "pigtail" that holds bulbs for right rear lights was replaced with a damaged replacement I was told that there were several "sockets"that were 'bad"but one melted ans sent a "surge" through my system.The manager told me he asked the mechanic what would cause there to be "so many bad sockets" on one par tit was then I reminded him that they replaced that part when they had my car the second time I left it for close to two weeks.The manager after several request has not provided me a copy or repair order for my records finally when I insisted he actually said to me you cant take us on our word?what a joke!the law says that I am entitled have documents for my records.To date calls are not returned or I am promised resolve but nothing happens and I am ignoredDesired Settlementprovide document complete repairs correctlyBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Bodyshop MGRContact Phone: 775-284-7950Contact Email: [redacted]In August 2015 the claimant brought her auto in for Rear End damage that was covered by the Insurance Company with vehicle mileage at that time 156612. In December 2015 vehicle mileage of 160509 the claimant returned stating that when she applied her brake a chime would start and her radio would go dim. We notified the insurance company and they stated upon the claimant approval for inspection fee and possible tear down fee they would assume liability if a result of the original claim. The claimant refused not wanting to assume any cost. For customer satisfaction our company assumed the inspection fees and resulting repair cost although there was no direct cause from the original claim. The service Department replaced the right rear brake light socket and bulb as it was melted. The Body and Paint Shop paid the bill for work performed by the service dept. I have not heard from the claimant as to any other work not meeting her satisfaction. In addition we have taken care of and paid for a rental car cost as the claimant refused to assume any costs. All copies of repairs were already provided upon her request at completion of individual repairs. Copies of work performed faxed to Revdex.com today. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)the response is completely false.I have evidence to prove my claims are true and that the response to my claim is untrueFinal Business Response Lithia Body & Paint has provided all invoices on work performed in this matter. Information wasstated on the invoice for the diagnose of the "single" melted lamp bulb socket creating the trouble and was corrected at no charge to the vehicle owner as stated before and is not part of the previous Insurance claim.
