issues that need to be fixedIntalking to the sale representative and the sales manager, they confirmed that there were issuesthat we promised to repairI talked to them and this is what they said happened: when the dealwas originally made, the Explorer was running roughBefore the signing of the loan agreement,we had diagnosed the problem as an engine problemWe decided to repair the engine and theloan agreement and paperwork was then signedOnce we got into the repair, we decided itwould be a better solution to replace the engineWe replaced the engine and during the time thatthe vehicle was in our shop we provided a vehicle for you to driveWhen you got the vehicleback it apparently developed a transmission problemThe transmission problem is coveredunder warranty and it is scheduled to be repaired.Please let me know if this is what happenedI was not involved in the resolution, but I am happyto helpWould substitute transportation help while the vehicle is being repaired? I am rejecting this response because: In multiple entries of the work orders, it says and proves that I have brought my car into Lithia for the issue at handSome of which were before the new service manager, and before Reid becoming the general managerIt's not my responsibility as the consumer to make him aware of the issueAnd if the service writers didn't add my concern of the knocking noise every time I brought it in, shows a flaw on their endNevertheless, the second entry shows that I brought it in for the knocking concern specifically, and the issues had been confirmed multiple times, by James, by Andy, and by the service manager himself, both in the old Lithia location and the new locationAnd I was told by Andy and the service department manager that it was a bushing issueIf the issue was noticeable yes ago and verified more than once, that tells me it is a warranty issue
