I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Mr*** has not been completely honest with his response to say the leastWhen I originally brought my truck into the service department I explained that I had moved from the West side of the state and that my truck had been taken to the dealers service department at Rairdon Dodge in Monroe many times already for the "same" issuesI have attempted numerous times to get my service records from Rairdon Dodge in Monroe and Kerkland but they are refusing to email me the service records needed so that I can forward them to the Revdex.comI further have requested the records from Dodge, since they opened a case regarding this truck, they too will not email any records regarding my case which is why I contacted the Revdex.com by phone to extend the time needed to deal with this problemI have yet to receive my service records by email as requestedContrary to Mr***s position, Dodge is knowledgable of these issues occurring and I was even told while making one of my appointments that another gentleman had scheduled to have his truck looked at for the same reason(s) I was having my truck looked atWhen I brought my truck in, I asked if they had found the problem and was told he never kept his appointmentI'm sure an audit would confirm the validity of this fact, or that I was lied toClearly there are some serious electrical issues involved since I've had the truckI also just received a safety recall letter regarding the ORC moduleI have had my truck in to be looked at more times than I know, obviously since I can't get the records emailed to me, and I continue to have problems, I personally told Mr*** that I had my truck in for service at the other dealers as well as the service attendantsThere is a presumption in Mr***s response that my truck has only been into his dealerships service department, thereby downplaying the severity of the problemI have been plagued with problems with this truckThe very day I drove it home the whole power starring unit went out! This was not a small part that had to be replaced, but a major piece that had to be completely replacedThe truck completely turning off and restarting is a major concern as is the the complete reboot of the panel cluster while driving, and yet Dodge states thay cannot replicate the problemI am certain other costumes have had the same issues, as was indicated to meIf this isn't the case then the truck is clearly a limonI would compel Dodge to conduct an aduit relating to customers with like problemsGiven what I was told, there should be at lest one customer with a simular issueI believe my truck is a limon and that Dodge should take responsibility for it's inability to solve the problemWhile I understand the frustration of not being able to replicate the problems, it does nothing to solve the problem eitherIf, by chance the problem is replicated, given Dodges position of not being able to back track the the electrical issues, how then can they fix it? Dodge is stating that the system is not showing them that it's even shutting downThat being the case, how can the problem possibly be resolved? Lastly, with the exception of driving to the other side of the state, I cannot provide any service records as requestedHow many times do I have to continue to bring my truck in, or does there need to be a fatality before this issue is addressedI certainly have better things to do than to continue bringing my truck into the service department and them using my gas, only to report to me they can't find the problem.

We are certainly sorry for your troubles you are having! Intermittent problems are worse enemy! If a problem does not act up it's next to impossible to positively trace out the problem!
I since your frustration as when I looked into your history with Barton Auto I see
we looked at it twice for this concern, each time it did not act upthere was a unrelated update which
we did perform that as precaution, it was a update to powertrain control moduleThe second time there was a stored fault code for loss of communication, the truck passed all test,
at that time we replaced a communication hub as precaution, checked all wires and connectors, cleared code, road tested several time problem never acted up for us!
We are more then happy to look at it again I know its inconvenient to be with out a vehicle so a can offer you a rental and pass the charges to ChryslerAfter reviewing our dealings
I believe Barton Auto has done everything with in our powersAlthough we are willing to do everything in our powers to repair this problem!

I'm truly sorry the ***'s are have trouble with there truckI know how can be frustrating that can be! Oddly enough Mr *** had his truck into to us for service today! We paid for the service out of goodwillyet he did not have us look at if electrical problem!
or take up us on the offer to leave it and we supply him a rentalWe can not trace out a problem without it acting up! I'm not sure why the ***'s are upset with Barton's? We are a honest business and I preach to my employee's the importance's of honesty
If the Valley's would like to give the opportunity to look and this problem will do everything in our power's to correct the problem!

I am rejecting this response because: We have spent enough time in this untrustworthy shop. It
is over a mile round trip and over hour commute both ways to get to this place. All wasted drive time and hours without my car for a appointment that you did not do!! I do not trust any of your employees to drive my vehicle this amount of time. For a dealership that has gotten the "Customer Satisfaction Award" you are poor at making sure customers are satisfied. You say all detailers called in sick the day of my appointment, yet not one phone call telling us this or when we called to see if our car was done by the promised time at 1:pm we again were not told there was no detailers working that dayWhen we finally get a call saying the car is done and "detailed" and ready for pick up we show up to it not being doneHMMMM yet you don't lie huh?? We had to ask for week after the sale for a copy of the service report, and we had to go get it from you, as Mike would not email it. When we get it and look at it we find that it was quickly filled out as "all good" yet when we were buying it the copy we saw there said it needed tires and an air filter, yet this shows all was goodAnother lie. We went to change the air filter and and the cover wasn't even latched at allI can not trust your dealership or service department at all. The only reason you are now responding is because I had to go to the Revdex.comNo return calls until thisPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Picture is how we got our car back after being at your shop for hour to be detailed.

Again Mr*** is ill informed and not fully disclosing the factsFirstly, we brought our truck in "again" on Oct to address the issue a forehand mentioned (invoice # ***)Additionally, "3" recalls, a replacement regulator for the drivers side window, the cruise control, a possible problem with the transmission and an oil changeThe service advisor, *** *** (who was termanated the same day!), did not list the oil change on the original paperwork nor did he put down the diagnostic for the transmission while also assigning our truck to a mechanic installing an engine on another vehicleWe did not find out that the oil change was not completed or the transmission looked at until that evening when we picked up the truck.Secondly, the the oil change was paid for by Barton Dodge due to the incompetence of the service advisor who didn't put it on the invoice, also it was not out of goodwill that a rental car was provided, but due to two facts1, we requested a service van ride back to our home, but because we live in Elk, we're too far out of town to be offered this courtesy2, the rental car was also provided because (see previous statement) there was absolutely no way to determine how long our truck would be at the dealerMr*** is correct, we were in fact at the dealer today, only because the oil was not changed when we brought the truck in on Oct or we would not have had to come inAlso because the transmission was not looked at when we brought the truck in we had to make a future appointment for the 26th of October to have it looked atIt is the hope of the service advisor that we spoke with today, that the two additional parts, that had to be ordered, will be delivered by the time we bring the truck back.? Lastly, Mr*** states how honest he and his employees are and yet he has lied, mislead and misrepresented the factsAs I mentioned in my last response, my wife and I spoke with Mr*** when we first addressed the "main" issue and he was fully awear that our truck was taken in to Rairdon Dodge numerous timesAs requested, I attempted to get these service records emailed to me multiple times and Rairdon will not email them to meI have reported this issue directly to Dodge (April 15), Case #***, contact number *** *** *** and requested Dodges findings and reports emailed and have been refusedI have left messages (with ***), and do not have my calls returned.? I take issue with Mr***s claims to honesty for the following reason(s): Mr*** misrepresented the facts by not including context, inferring we had only addressed our concerns with him and his service department, falseMr*** stated that even though we had our truck in this morning we didn't have our truck looked at regarding this matter, falseAs stated already, our truck was brought in on October as shown on the invoice # ***.? Mr*** states he provided a free oil change and services related to our truck, falseMr*** was not aware of the oil change mishap until today because of the incompetence of the attending service advisor, all ? additional work done on the truck fell under warranty or due to recalls (X3), misrepresentation of the facts.? Mr*** states that it was out of goodwill that he provided a rental car for my wife and I, falseAgain, Mr*** was unaware of the rental car provided for us until after the factThe rental car was provide due to 1, the distance of our home, thereby not affording us the use of the courtesy shuttle 2, the inability of knowing how long our truck would be at the dealer and 3, a matter of policy while under warranty.? Mr*** was contacted by the Revdex.com and had my response and completely ignored it, clearly hoping I would not follow upMr*** was contacted by the Revdex.com and he assured the Revdex.com that he would in fact respond the the complaint and did not, after he gave his word that he wouldIt took another call to get the response that I received today or I would still be waiting.? Clearly there is reasonable precedent(s) that I question Mr***s integrity regarding my concerns as they are lacking rectitude.? In conclusion, I have suggested that Mr*** conduct an audit, thereby taking the initiative to facilitate a positive outcome to an issue that exists and is not being addressedI can provide at least one person who is having a simular issue(s) but instead of the truck turning off, there heater turns on and I don't even have access to Dodges databaseI have exceeded the amounts of times the state demands that a vehicle be brought in under the lemon lawWhile Mr*** states his mechanics cannot duplicate the the problem, it doesn't change the fact that the problem existsI have brought my truck in on two different occasions immediately after the whole dashboard cluster rebooted while I was driving and the engine restartedDodge states that the computer does not even show this happeningI suggested that I could try to somehow record it happening but was told a mechanic would have to "observe" it! Even if a mechanic did observe it, according to Mr***, there would be NO visible markers that the mechanic observed anything, as the diagnostic computers can't find a record of the occurrences (according to Mr*** and Dodge)There is a serious safety concern here and given the amount of electronic safety recalls I've received since I've had the truck, there would see to exist an overall problem with the electronics in the truckI would hope that in Mr***s next reply that he one, take the time to at least get our last name spelled correctly and two, refer to prior history so as to be at least knowledgable of the factsMr***s attempt to re-route the facts by down playing the severity of the issues and completely bypassing context suggests Mr*** does not take our concerns seriously.?

We our sorry for any difficulty the customer is having? The issue we deal with it that the vehicle is heavily modified and getting warranty approval is difficult?
