Review: Bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Sunday from Lithia. The salesman was [redacted]. He assured us the vehicle had been thoroughly gone through mechanically and had no issues. We bought then later found the cruise control was inoperable as well as the seatbelt in the center rear seat. My husband and I emailed and called the dealership and [redacted] finally returned my call and said since the deal was done, they would charge us for the repairs. I have had the vehicle for one week!Desired Settlement: Purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee a week ago and [redacted] the salesman assured the jeep had no issued so we bought on a Sunday. After we bought awhile later we found the cruise control was inoperable and the seatbelt in the middle, rear seat was also inoperable. I sent [redacted] at Lithia an email of the issue and my husband called Lithia as well. Make said they could repair but at our own coat since the deal was done. I want the vehicle repaired at no charge to me.
