Multiple occurrences of requested warranty work not completed while at the same time only completing work done that we had to pay out of pocket. Lack of alerting us to a major service suggested at a certain mileage on our truck even though they had the truck very close prior and after the mileage number. This has lead to a failure in the ERG system on our 2016 diesel truck which they would not cover under warranty and quoted us almost $4,000 to repair. Charging us for a loaner vehicle even though it was supposed to be covered under our warranty plan. Keeping our truck for almost a week while in dispute which cost us over $2,000 in lost revenue to our business.

I purchased a new vehicle with a lifetime guarantee from this dealership on November 10, 2018. The vehicle suffered a transmission failure on April 9, 2019 and was taken into the shop on the same day. Delays in obtaining replacement parts and completing repairs were communicated four times between April 9 and May 21. First repair was completed on May 22, but parts were found to be defective and the vehicle fell back into disrepair. Further delays in obtaining replacement parts and completing repairs were communicated three more times between May 31 and today, June 14. These newest parts were found to be damaged in shipping, and no one was sure of when new replacements would be available so no one is sure of when repairs can be completed. The Service Manager was also out today and would not be available to address these issues until Monday, June 17.

I buy a brand new 2017 jeep Cherokee on lithia and have a lot of problems is been there more then 8 times and a lot of check engine sometimes starts sometimes dont startsand they dont want to be responsible for that thash they sell to me they want me to trade that car in like is my fall that this vehicle have factory problems oh sometimes you fill like someone hit you from behind and is the jeep that do that movement so scary

I have reviewed the issues with my service Mgr. and several service advisors and we have made every effort to find the problem. Unfortunately, we have not been unable to duplicate the problem on several visits to our service department. We have however, fixed the issues that we did find. We have also offered to trade the customer out of the vehicle. Anything beyond that assistance to the customer from Lithia would have to come directly from the manufacture.

We will continue to do everything we can to help the customer as far as repair or trade in and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

This business is absolutely horrible! We took our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this dealership for an independent inspection initially due to a clunking noise about 4 months after purchasing from Mini Cooper/BMW of Anchorage. After several days in the shop, it was finally diagnosed as the axle shaft. It was replaced and it took several days past what was promised. It was also during snow tire changeover season. It was not disclosed that Lithia was part of BMW, as this is my current understanding.
My car was in and out of Lithia. I finally took it to a different shop. Funny, as the work can be completed the same day at the other shop. It has now been diagnosed with a rack and pinion issue which has been making the clunk from the get go, though my axle has been replaced 2-3 times now. 3 I believe.
My car is back in this shop today, and the car was supposed to be done today. Low and behold, it’s not done. The same thing happens every time we have our car in. I stopped doing business with this shop due to them having the car excessively, and not ever finishing on time. It literally feels as we are put off despite having a set appointment. I had no choice but to bring it here for “extended warranty work”.
I have to call every time, and I get the same excuse every time! “I called you today and left a message.” No. No you did not. Caller ID proves that. Once in awhile there is a voice mail on my spouses phone; we shall see.
If I did this in my profession, I’d be up against the Board on charges. I’m not sure if it’s the team I’m assigned to or not, but very frustrating! Horrible customer service. Abhorrent.

I'm buying a new truck, and am trading in my truck I currently owe 18k on. Lithia of Anchorage offered me 25 thousand for the trade (which was well above the Kelley blue book recommended 20k). I immediately went to negotiate with them. After about 30 minutes they brought out the estimated payment and I noticed that the new vehicle priced online at 64k ( that already had 7985 dollars in discounts) was showing the MSRP 72000 minus my truck $ 25000 (trade in) - 18000 = 7000. Basically they took away all the discounts and then some (saving them money) to account for my trade in, hoping I wouldnt notice. Basically it would be cheaper for me to buy the vehicle without a trade all together and just use the discounts. Further more they never accounted for my costco membership discount, usaa discount or military discount. Lastly, they advertised today 4 November 2018 that military can buy a vehicle at the employee price (something that was never brought up in the 3 hours I sat on their dealership 3 November 2018). Overall I feel that they are taking advantage of the unaware and trying to take advantage of military service members.

I've purchased two new Ram trucks from Lithia Dodge. Their customer service has gone from good to amazingly bad. We've had similar experiences with Lithia Kia here in Anchorage. Their service staff has no idea the damage they are doing to their sales staff. We are done with Lithia, period. Two words; customer service.

They lost keys to my truck, I asked them to replace all my keys and remotes, they had my truck for seventeen days and they laugh and said ooo some one stole your keys.
That was my only set they made a key for the truck but not my remote start, house, van. So now someone can steel my truck, van, and my home. They won't return my calls, replace my fobs or re pay me for rekeying my house and van. I am in a wheelchair I can't reach my wendsheld to scrape the ice. So with. Remote start I could start and run my truck and thaw the glass. They are rude I call every two weeks and they don't do anything. Any help would be great.

I am rejecting this response because:
No nothing has been settled. On top of the keys about 500$ of cd’s were taken. they drove my truck 26 miles but my truck was ran for over 9 hours. they were eating and sleeping and smoking in my truck. They say they there not responsible for personal items and they don’t care about who was partying in my truck. they haven't replaced house keys, ford van keys or remote start fobs. so they don’t care.

On Tues. the 29 Aug, 2017, we dropped off our '08 Jeep Commander to have the ESIM & Clockspring replaced. ***, a service rep we were assigned to work with, informed us that the parts necessary to make these repairs were on hand and our vehicle should be done the following end of day, Wed. the 30 of Sept. 2017. At 16:41 on 30 Aug I made a phone call to check on our vehicle, *** then informed me that they had to order something, and that it would hopefully get done by Fri, Sept. 1st. I stressed that that should be fine, but no later, as we had family coming in to visit that afternoon. *** informed us it would be done by then. By the end of the day Friday of Sept. 1st, I had received no phone call or any update regarding our vehicle. We stopped by just before closing and were told "hopefully tues, 4th Sept it would be complete", and that he would call us. 5th of Sept comes, (Wed.) and I called them again at 11am and was informed by *** that my vehicle was actively in the shop now being worked on, and that I would receive a call when ready to be picked up. 6pm closing time came and went and still no phone call. I then called again, at 09:15 am, and directly asked for a supervisor, as I was becoming frustrated with the lack of communication, and concerned with the time and misinformation I was consistently receiving. I had spoke with a Mr. who was unable to answer any of my concerns, although he was the service manager. Shortly after, *** called my phone and left a voice message stating he wanted to get the issues I'm having resolved and get it taken care of. My husband stopped by the following day, but *** was not available at the time. We had to leave out of town for the weekend. Today, 11 sept. approx. 16:00 my husband calls to try to figure when our vehicle will be done, and a secretary informed us that our vehicle was done 05 Sept! My husband proceeded to ask to speak with a manager as to why we were not informed of this, and received no answers
