We are desperately trying to resolve this issueWe are absorbing any costs associated with this repairThe vehicle is currently at a Jeep dealership awaiting a factory engineerWe unfortunately don't have any control on that dealerships turn around time or customer serviceWe greatly appreciate [redacted] patience and patronageIn addition to fixing this problem, we will be paying any car payments due while the vehicle is being repaired as well as all per diem interest beyond the payments during this period

Thank you for taking time to submit this complaint. We are very sorry that we have not met the expectations that you had for this transaction. At no point to my knowledge has the customer been told that the car will never be returned. In fact constant communication has been provided...

regarding the status of the vehicle. The vehicle has been sublet to another shop specializing in this brand for quick repair. The Jeep is in process of repair and will be done within the next few business days. A loaner car has been provided (not mentioned in this complaint) and immediate attention was given to the customer (also not mentioned) The customer will be made whole. While we understand that this has been an unfortunate and stressful situation, we fail to see how this has been a nightmare given the efforts that have been put forth to make this right. We would be open to canceling the transaction but would appreciate a conversation directly with the customer and sales management as opposed to third party mediators. We will reach out to the customer today.

if they either allow us to cancel the transaction, allow for a price reduction due to the problems the car we were sold already has, or allow us to purchase a different car, any of these options would be fine  while I do appreciate the loaner car, the fact remains that we were sold a car that did not even make it home before it broke down and we had a need for the loaner car  
we have been contacted by Lithia Subaru and were told we could work something out if we resolve the complaint  Please close this complaint

I have said all along they have been great and have told others they are really making the best of the situation but I have called and emailed the Finance Manager, the service manager who was on vacation and then I called Austin who was supposed  to be covering for the Service manager but I have no response in over two weeks . All I was asking for was some information 1 email even but I have received zip zero nothing.  So I had to file something even though I did not want to. I have nothing but positive things to say about Lithia except the lack of communication.Sincerely, [redacted]
