I answered an online ad about attending a legal "mock trial" focus group occurring in Pontiac, MI May Received a call from them, stating the positions were full, but said I would be "first alternate" which is guaranteed $45, however "they never have everyone show up" so I should make it to the actual group, which pays $I went to the location Thursday, and eventually three people were selected from the alternates, but not meI asked the man, why I was not chosen when I was told I was first alternate, and he said, "That's not on my sheet."
