I have sent Lito's parts back via USPS. Attached are photos of the package. Package has restricted delivery. Meaning package will only be delivered to L*** ***. One attempt has been made by the carrier and a noticed has been left for Lito to pick up package at NC st Oxnard Main Post Office. In response to your letter dated 07/11/2016, attached document concerning
transaction with R*** *** car (Honda Civic LX)It includes the repair contract signed by the owner and receipt for the parts used to service the vehicleThe brake pads and the rotors were in the metai to metal condition that put strain to other brake system components,
The brake pads utilized was an OE partsNever a promise of genuine Honda parts was given since it was SaturdayFurther troubleshooting, after recurrence of braking deficiency, the master cylinder was replacedThe air was bled off the system and was test drivenThe braking problem came back and he took it to a different mechanic and was told that the new master cylinder was defective and needed to be replaced, He should have brought it back and the rew master cylinder replace as per warrantyAt the job performed on this vehicle was done in good faith,
To satisfy the customer and refund his money, we reed the old master cylinder (the one that we replaced and failed) so we could return it to the parts store and collect our money and we will take the loss on our laborI hope this suggestion will conciliate the mind of the customerL*** ***
I took in my honda to have brake pads replacedI asked for genuine honda brake pads to be installedI was assured original genuine parts were ordered and installedAfter service mechanic test drove vehicle and said it was good to goI paid and went on my wayOn my drive home I noticed braking on vehicle was not normalWhen braking I had foot pedal all the way to floor while car continued to coast to stopShop was closed so I returned vehicle next buisness dayMechanic checked the vehicle and said my master brake cylinder failed and needed replacementreplacements replace master cylinder and was also charged for replacementWhen I took it home the car was much worseTook the vehicle back and I took my other civic and drove with mechanic to show the difference in braking performanceMechanic said brakes needed adjustmentI let him adjust and still brakes were not performing properlyMechanic told me to give it a week for air to bleedI told mechanic I was not satfiedI w
