With the financial matters, [redacted] had a contract that showed she was qualified until March 2016.  Whenever subsidy is presented, it is the responsibility of the parent to make sure that all is current.  When mom stopped by the desk to ask for if the classroom change tuition had been adjusted, that is when I noticed that the amount was no longer being charged to subsidy.  That she was being charged for the full amount.  She said that she would call her worker.  After coming back to us she said that her contract was no longer valid because she had not turned in paperwork.  My assistant and I wrote down the amount that she owed, and explained to her that because her subsidy was not paying that she was responsible for the full amount.  I spoke with the children’s father on the phone the same day to explain the statement. Later, she provided us with another contract that ended a week later.  We informed her that her contract was no longer valid.  She said that she would take care of it.  A week later, I called her to inform her, that her tuition amount would have to change because she did not have a contract. She said she was no longer eligible because she was not working.  I informed her and the children’s father the amount that was due. She said that she would be taking them out because she could not pay the amount. [redacted] School Director ###-###-####
