I received a call from Comfort Dental (** ***) office last year March stating that we owed $6000.00+ to their officeI stated that we were always told before we left that office for any visit or treatment that we did not owe any balance as mine and my wife's insurance should have covered both primary and secondary payments for 100% of services*** was unsure of which claims had been submitted correctly and that she would call me back to keep me updatedApril 7th my wife receives a call from IS Systems Collection agency stating that they are attempting to collect a debt for Comfort Dental We stated to the collection agency that we have never received a bill, notice or call from anyone since March stating that we even had a balanceThe gentleman said that he would contact Comfort Dental to send us a detailed bill A *** copy of a bill dated April 7th, was received by mail days later stating balance due immediatelyI have since gone in and spoken to
