To whom it may concern:Complain # [redacted] came to me on Dec 21st ,and tould me that she no longer needed my childcare services [redacted] and would not be bring her daughter back to my dayhomeat that point I told [redacted] that she would have to give me a weeks notice or paid for the month of Jan, as it will take me a while to place her daughter with another childI also mention to her at that time that she was paid up until Dec 30th ,so from Dec 21st until Dec 29th I asked [redacted] muliptimes for her weeks written notice [redacted] states in her complaint when needed my service on Dec 27th that her text was ignored and when she came to my dayhome there was no one there ( please ref to parent sign -in sign- out sheet [redacted] states that on the next day Dec 28th [redacted] when dropping her daughter off to my dayhome and when she picked her daughter up [redacted] please ref to parent sisign-out sheet [redacted] did not sign in or out because she did not bring her daughter on DEC 28TH On Dec 29th [redacted] text me at 9;pm [redacted] and said that she would drop her daughter off at 3;pm the next day Dec 30th and her grandfather would pick her up , since it was my last day of the month in Dec ,I never text her back that morning Dec 30th because her hours were never the same each day and I knew I had to work for her that day as her daughter came to my dayhome Monday- Friday days per week.( Please ref to Parent sign -in sign-out sheet) that she did not bring her daughter in on Dec 30th and I was available to work that day as it was her daughter schedule day to come to my dayhomeAs of Dec 30th SHE NEVER DROPPED OFF HER WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE.As for [redacted] stated that I replace her daughter in my dayhome ( please ref to parent sisign-out sheet) it will show that Ionly have children in my dayhome and I am allow up to children.So I did not replace [redacted] daughter as of Feb 1st, I STILL HAVE FULL TIME SPOT AVAILABLEI did not go to [redacted] and stated thather daughter wasn't working out in my dayhome , So why would [redacted] feel like I should of have given her a weeks notice? [redacted] came to me as her daughter provider on Dec ,21st and stated that she no longer need my service ,so I feel as a provider that I follow the contract between [redacted] ( Little Angels Dayhome) AND [redacted] that we both sign and agree too' I do feel that [redacted] should paid me the cost of jan payment of stated in the contract $due to the fact that she broke the contract between us by not given me her weeks written notice I also feel if she just had given me her written notice we would not be dealing with a complain with your company Thank you for your time, Your Truly, Donna M [redacted] ( Little Angels Day home) [redacted] **

I am rejecting this response because:I recieved MrsM***’s response to the evidence I had sent in* *** *** * *** *** *** ** I had never been to her day home on the 27th of DecemberIn fact, I sent a texts where MrsM*** stated that she had told myself and her other day home clients she was unavailable until the 28th of DecemberWhich was the day I wentHer other statements can be compared with texts she had sent me back in December and Im sure you come to your own conclusions** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***
